Today I decided to delete all my facebook wall posts because, well I don’t know why but I just didn’t want to have a wall anymore. In the midst of scrolling through 3 years worth of posts I have come to realize how many people I lost connections with, how many people got left out. It makes me sad to see these people fade into a blurry memory that is stored away and later forgotten. I cannot say that it is their fault their presence is unknown in my life but somewhere along the line both parties took a turn in opposite directions and now everything is lost. How do you go back? How do you change things? How do you rebuild the bridge that is no longer there? The answer I do not know but what I do know is that there might be a cosmic reason for all of this. Or perhaps both parties as they went out exploring the world and were bombarded with new things forgot about the old. But, I think it is time to remember the old and rebuild that bridge and in some cases it might not be possible but how will you know if you do not try.
